From the west, leave M-55 approximately 6 miles east of its intersection with M-65, turn north on Sand Lake Road for 3 miles to Indian Lake Road. Turn left and travel 2.5 miles to Latham Road, then left for 1/2 mile. From the east, leave M-55 at its intersection with Plank Road near Tawas City and follow Plank Road for 7 miles. Curve left on Indian Lake Road for 1/4 mile, then turn right on Latham Road for 1/2 mile. |

Round Lake Campground has 33 sites in two camping loops. Approximately a quarter of the sites in this campground have access to water. Amenities at the campground include vault toilets and garbage service along with picnic tables and campfire rings at each campsite. |

Maximum number of people to a site is 8. Dogs are allowed but must remain on a leash. The facility has first-come, first-serve sites. You do not have to stop at the entrance of the campground to check in with the campground host. You may go directly to your campsite. Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information. |
